Milkshake
After chatting with Brian, he recommended me with a better recipe for milkshake.
Use fresh cream instead of ice-cream or yogurt if u are conscious of your weight. Add plenty of milk. Same old procedure and with good fresh strawberries or any other fruits that you wish to blend. Wala~ good milkshake is coming in your way.
End product of this recipe should be smooth and less thick as the previous one. Well another side of milkshake =)

Ginger Tea (serves hot)
Healthy and delicious tea with simple recipe.
Cut the ginger into pieces and throw it into boiling water to boil for 10-15 mins (hm.. if i'm not wrong... i guess u may boil to 30 mins for greater taste).
With the ginger water, now u can make some tea! (dun try to use chinese tea leaves for the tea... lipton will do.)

Peach Tea (serves cold)
Boil the peach to get peach water and make tea with lipton tea bags.
Chill the tea with some peach in the jug.
Drink it when u feel extremely hot and stuff up =s it frees you from the hot day =)
